D11S Mechanical Seed Drill

The D11S is a mechanical in-line cereal seed drill from the Italian manufacturer Brevi Agri, developed on the proven D27S platform with which it shares many components. It is designed for the precise sowing of small grains and other crops, with a compact and robust construction.

The 3 m working-width version features a high-capacity 650-litre seed hopper (15% more than the competition), with an internal bearing-supported agitator and a seed level indicator. The distributors are driven by two low-consumption brushless electric motors (180 W max) powered directly by the tractor, while a GPS sensor automatically adjusts the motor speed and seed rate to the tractor's forward speed. The whole machine, or half of it (left/right), can be seeded.

• Distributor for large and small seeds — separate seed wheels with divided shut-off gates for large seeds (wheat, barley, peas, soya, pulses) and small seeds (lucern, colza, clover).
• Coulters — shoe-type with an anti-clogging system, or staggered double-disc with large ø332 mm hardened discs; quick-connection and interchangeable.
• Seeding depth — 0.5–5 cm, with the option to fit compression wheels for shallow sowing.
• Ergonomic adjustments — distributor opening adjustment on the side and centralised spring-tension adjustment via a lever in the centre of the machine.
• Management via a free app — Wi-Fi connection, seed calibration, worked-hectares logging and real-time motor diagnostics.
• Standard equipment — non-slip platform with folding ladder, lateral parking supports and an adjustable seed-covering harrow.
